Ontario’s proof of vaccination program starts in exactly one week and that means if you want to go to most non-essential public settings you are going to need to prove you’ve gotten both doses.
We’ve known this program has been coming for a little bit but now we know the consequences for those who don’t follow the new guidelines.
Under the new guidelines for the Reopening Ontario Act people who violate the new proof of vaccination program are subject to a $750 fine.
Businesses and other organizations that fail to comply with the new program can be given a $1000 fine.
Do you think these fines are valid or are they doing too much?
